Beware of deliveries you did not order. It's a Scam.

This one is new to me. I heard this from a friend of a victim who showed me the packing slip.

You get an unsolicited package of expensive provisions, in this case frozen products for a feast coinciding with the upcoming holiday, Passover. You contact a provided number to complain, someone (the scammer) sets up a return with the shipping company to pick it up. The stuff gets sent to another address where the scammer gets his or her hands on the stuff that was ordered with a stolen credit card, yours or someone else's.

Time to cancel credit cards, check credit reports etc, as they know your name, address and very likely your credit card details.

If this happens to you, contact the supplier directly immediately through their real phone or email

and notify them for proper resolution.
